DICE TeamAre you experiencing a general crash or are you falling through the world? As in, the world you are driving in stops loading?

If you need troubleshooting, please follow the steps in the main guide and reply with a dxdiag in that thread if still unresolved.
It is not an in world crash because I can't enter the world at all. I believe it is a general crash that occurs before the game finishes loading to enter the world. I also tried the solutions you provided but unfortunately they did't work and also my computer has all the requirements for the game. My laptop is gateway NV55S with the windows 10 edition, hopefully their is a solution to this problem.

It lists the basic troubleshooting steps that you can try if your are unable to play the game. Should those steps not help you then it also asks to post a dxdiag in that same thread so I can investigate further for you.
