reinstall origin - not work

I am trying to clean booting, but it seems not work.

repair via origin and reboot - not work

run as administrator - not work

I am tired with this. I can surely say this game is works fine before this patch. and patch up today, game isn't work.

My game stopped working after the update. It says that the regional language is not supported (Russian) and that i have to log in with a different account.

May I use this opportunity to say that Russian localisation is an absolute mess - it kills the whole atmosphere and it's painful to listen to. It completely ruined my experience of NFS 2015 and it does the same with the Payback. I'm not involved with any of the characters, and all the work that NFS team seemed to have put into character development got absolutely ridiculed by a bunch of Russian actors-wanna-be's!

and now this glitch with localisation becomes the final too much.
