Hi I used to play Need for speed heat in origin ，but now I log in EA APP ，I lost my file. There's a chance I can get it back. I want to restore my progress in Need for speed heat.

Apologies on being the bearer of bad news, but NFS Heat saves locally to your device.
If you uninstall it, deleted your save file, reset your device, or moved to a new device you may not have access to your save any longer.
