Re: Installation error 1638
When i'm trying to install need for speed undercover i'm keep getting this error,the error code is 1638.Please tell me how i can fix this,this is one of my favorite games.

Just downloaded need for speed shift. Finished download went to do the install. Got the 'Installation error code 1638' window popping up. I've looked at other threads on this telling me to uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ Restributable, 2010, I've uninstalled both versions of it and reinstalled them. Then restarted my pc. When I restarted my pc I went back to origin and was told to repair the game. To which I did so and then I still try and install and get the same Installation error code 1638.
Any ideas?
