You're not alone and we (the community) all agree it needs to be fixed. Seems like EA and it's reps are the only ones taking a silent stance on this issue. In case you haven't seen them there are two other threads regarding the issues experienced with this game since the Xbox update.
Thread: Internal Error Occurred - this thread outlines Rhettrogan's proposed workaround which worked for a day and then the errors in the next thread below started this morning.
Thread: New Error: Privacy and Security Settings and Connection Lost - the new error that everyone seems to be experiencing regardless of the setting changed in the previous thread.
I would encourage you to find as many people as you can/know that are experiencing this problem and encourage them to voice their concern on these threads as well.
