Re: Loaded Garage Pack Question

Yeah, but I had that with the game when I got it.

I literally bought the pack for the liveries and stuff and the racer car.

I was lead to believe it was unlocked automatically.. But it appears not.

Cheers, I guess I was. EA really bug me, when there games work, they're great but it drives me mad when they have problems because they don't help you at all. Everyone is left clueless. It says it is included when I purchased it but I didn't get anything..

  • Hey mate, try contactng EA they might be to give you access to the race car. I donno if it is true but apparently if you bought the dlc when it stated it came with the race pack you might be able to still redeem it 🙂

Contact Sony support - that's who you bought it from, so it's their responsibility to sort it out (as they did for me).

Actually no. I had to go to EA and explain how I had missing packs after I bought it. They eventually gave me the code for the Ultimate Racer Pack. Took like 2 weeks to get it though :/

grzajabarkus - actually, yes.  You bought it from Sony, not EA.  It's Sony you have a contract with and it's their legal responsibility to provide the product as described, or gve you a refund.  If you choose to go to EA directly, they may or may not choose to help you as it's not down to them.  The likely reason they did help you was for the good PR, not because they had to.

Dude I contacted both Sony and EA at least 10 times each, and Sony was very much pushing me to talk to EA since it's third party software, they have nothing to do with it. When I finally contacted EA for the last, a few days after they decided to give the Ultimate Racer pack to everyone who purchased the Loaded Car Garage, They just gave me a code for the pack. So I still stand, the best bet is to contact EA. It's their game, and Sony really doesn't care about giving you codes, because they would have to get it from EA anyway.

Right.. Well I don't think it's work the effort to contact bloody EA customer support. They don't have the first idea what they're doing
