I understand what you mean on point 3 but in my mind this is not what we should be looking for in that type of challenge. I don't find it normal that someone who truely focus on his prestation earns less points due to his position than someone who drifts like a grandmother but who is at the first place.

Still you are right, a ghostmode should fix everything.
