I have finally solved my problem with this error. It had nothing to do with age or multiplayer settings. I have been able to play it on my
account on the Xbox one all the time. But my kids haven`t. I tried to change their age after reading this thread, checked the settings - Didn`t help.
The problem (in my case) was in Origin on the PC - My kids accounts weren`t connected to theirs Xbox one account. After i did this they can
play the game....
And to make the connection in Origin you need to choose "add a Friend" and then make an import (press the connect button and fill in your email and password)
(Not so logical but it works 🙂 )
