Yes I have had the same freaking problem on my Xbox One S.
It is ridiculous, I paid over $80 dollars which included the Deluxe Edition.
I have received 2 updates and the game is still unplayable.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I cleared the Memory uninstalled and installed several times.
