Thanks for the information! does this also happen if you try launching via Steam?

Also if you have not yet can we give the following a try?

1. Try running the client and game as an admin
2. Verify the game in via your Steam library
3. Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
4. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
5. Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
