Need For Speed (2015) NOT LAUNCHING on STEAM

The game DOES NOT LAUNCH in any possible way. Even worse you will be asked to install the EA APP to run this game and it will LINK your existing STEAM Account to the EA App, letting ALL your library ...

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble launching the game. Can you kindly let me know the error message that you received when trying to launch the game? Have you attempted to run the Steam client, the EA app, and the game exe file as an administrator?

Yes,  Already tried running the Steam client, the EA app, and the game exe file as an administrator.  The Game just goes back to the EA App.  NOT WORKING.
