I hope your issue has been resolved by now. Sorry that I was not able to get back to you sooner.

If you are getting the message that your code is invalid, you will have to contact your retailer. Or, make sure that you redeem the code in Origin.

Remember that if you still get the invalid code message when redeeming through Origin, it means we will also not able to find the code in our system. If the code is unknown in our system, we will not be able to help you get a new one.
