I have edited your message and removed the keys you have posted as this is a public forum.
So you have two codes and none of them is working. Is that correct?
Case 1 : Code invalid
If you have a digital copy of the game on Origin and you have redeemed your code in the past, you do not have to do it again.
The key is tied to your account even if you have uninstalled the game.
- Click on the "My Games tab" as shown in the screenshot below. After you have clicked that, you will see a button with an circle arrow on the left hand side (screenshot below). This is the "reload games" button. Click it, and you should now be able to see all the games registered to your account.
- Should any be missing, first try clicking on All games, as shown in the screenshot to ensure that "All Games" are selected. Next you can try setting it to "Hidden Games" to make sure that no game has been hidden on accident.
Case 2 - The activation limit for this serial number has been exceeded- If you see this error message you will need to revoke licenses using the Activations.exe on PCs no longer using this game.
You can view the number of available activations by running the Activation.exe. - If you can't revoke the licences, you have to contact the customer support team here: Contact Us follow the simple steps. Note, if you aren’t logged in already, you will be asked to login.
