can you maybe say how I can ask my question? I go to all kinds of sites by clicking links and I don't know what to do. this is not user friendly at all, so some help might be usefull 🙂

also, I used that to get here. there is a big blue button where I can contact a game advisor or something...

I figured something out.

1. you sent me back to where I came from

2. all the ea websites are not userfriendly

3. to get to information that you need you have to search for a very long time.

just my thoughts. I hope I get my answer soon so I can start play again.

otherwise I need to go cracked but then I can't go online and that is the reason I didn't go cracked already :/

You have reached the activation limit.

You can "authorize" up to five computers to play the game at the same time.

Please read this message for more information. You should try first to deauthorize a computer if you can. 

If not, you will need to contact a Game advisor.
