I have reached out to multiple advisors for the longest time and none of them have fixed this problem to date.
This is absolutely ridiculous! You guys can't fix an issue as simple with online play. The game tells me to contact customer service, the customer service AKA the advisors tell me to look at forums for community managers to look at and you community managers tell me to go back to advisors. This is just dumb of you to tell me to reach out to an advisor when the advisors can't even help me out. The issue I am having as been solved before in the past by community managers and advisors so this is just really dumb of you to tell me to reach out to an advisor. No wonder EA is hated as a company as they don't even help a customer with their issue because you guys are lazy and don't care.
