Need For Speed Payback will release world wide on PC , PS4 & Xbox One on November 10th 2017.
You can Pre-Order the game through the PSN store , Just type in the search bar ''Need For Speed Payback'' and you should be able to find it there waiting to be Pre-Ordered 😉
Need For Speed can be played both Offline and Online , So no worries there!

yes there will be free roaming, but we dont know what you can doo except from that. Etc if there are cops and robbers gameplay or something like that, most likely you will be able too race with friends. Either in public or private Sessions through Origin or PSN\Xbox Live, except from that EA has been very quiet about the MP itself.
Since when has Free Roam been confirmed? There was someone saying that NFS Payback was going to have Free Roam Online
