yes, or a chance at more usable non-dlc cars like the retired crown vic in a dlc pack

Like the Charger, Corvette police package, or SWAT Rhino? Maybe even the Explorer? Absolutely!
Sounds great to me but I feel we'll be waiting until the next game at least, since Payback is definitely not being updated and Heat appears to be struggling too.
