Re: Need for speed remastered chat

Hi... We all have cross play and could actually play games.... Just not chat.

Also tried a game with a friend in Canada and we both on Ps4... Still no chat. All settings is turned on

    Hi @WelshElmsy, 

    Thanks for checking. A simple on/off might do the job. It's worked for another player. Could you give that a go please? I'll outline the steps below if needed:

    1. Head to Privacy Settings and change the option toggle for Crossplay from on to off
    2. Exit the game, restart and open up the game again
    3. Navigate back to the Settings --> Privacy Settings and then turn Crossplay on again
    4. Check to see if you and your friends can now hear and be heard please

    • The privacy settings with crossplay enabled and
    • What you see when you try to connect with voice chat please? 

    It may help to get a visual on what you're seeing. Could you also include in your reply if you or your friends have been able to connect on voice chat with any other players or if voice chat not working at all for any of you?
