I remember this very common bug, and I swear I think I am forgetting something.
To fix "Missing DLC Car's" bug, you need to.....I THINK,PAUSE GAME.... or BE in AllDrive menu....
-Go into AllDrive menu, the area where you are able to choose Publc or Private games, and I believe it is "Find New Host" or "Find New Something"..... Anyways, find a new host SHOULD now have brought your DLC cars back.....I tried loading Need for Speed RIVALS just now so I could go and attempt to replicate this missing DLC cars bug,,,,,,my game is crashing over and over SOOOO.... now I'm reinstalling from scratch, and I get to follow my own instructions for getting a wheel setup. =( ARRG
