Manually running the following may also be worthwhile, especially for Windows 10 users:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Rivals\__Installer\directx\redist\DXSETUP.exe

Please also complete the following steps:

• Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
• Try a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
• You may also want to install, update and run an antivirus program as there is a suspect item at the bottom of your Dxdiag

I have done all of those steps already and I even did a reset on my pc still nothing.

I thought your system might just scrape by the system requirements but it looks like the fact that your video hardware only has 128MB of memory is your problem. The requirement is 512MB of dedicated video memory. ☹️
