Firstly, check if your console has the latest update and update it if needed. If that still doesn't work, you might need to cancel the installation and redownload the game. To do so, go to the Home menu > My games & apps > Queue > NFS Rivals > Press the Menu button on your controller > Cancel. Then, go back to My games & apps > Ready to install and try to reinstall the game.
