@EnioSukimoto NFS The Run's Multiplayer servers have been permanently shut down on August 31, 2021 and took the Autolog servers along with it.

As you are playing NFS The Run on a console, the only way to play is to disconnect the internet from your Xbox 360 console in order to play the game properly.

This link is for PC players with NFS The Run, but your only option is to disconnect the internet from your console.
