I think it could be a problem in internet connection.Maybe the game thinks that is too weak to upload snapshots.🤔

You will need a persistent internet connection. Need for Speed is committed to being a live service so they can deliver an ongoing experience that is constantly changing and evolving.

    try this: in the game menu, go to Privacy Settings, make sure that the snapshot option is set to Everyone and not only you
