Dear ghostgames, i love need for speed and after buying the game through Origin and was 12 gig to download. How is it i cant play it offline? my networks bad, does that mean i have to buy the Pc game disc? why would you guys do that?

It would not matter if you purchase the game via disc because you would still need a quality and persistent online connection to play the game.

I understand this is unfortunate if your internet connection isn't good.

do you think the idea is working? having moved the platform into that direction?

It seemed to have worked out well for Need for Speed - I like how we tried something new.

I do understand that the experience for you hasn't been good at I am sorry to see that.

I have 150 Mbps upload and download and the game always has texture loading issues because of how bad the servers are for this game. Can you please make the ghost dev's make the game offline because this makes me not really want to buy the upcoming game. It just feels like I wasted money on an unfinished product.
