@ArchilusIV I fixed this problem by installing the game on my SSD, or I should say on my internal drive. The problem was installing the game on my external HDD. When I installed the game in my internal drive it showed the Play button and I was able to launch the game. Anyone encountering this problem, installing on internal drive may fix it.
