Ok I lied. it's not fixed. I got back into game went to use my plymoth and the car broke my game. The car is a floating chassis on my lobby screen. Like 1/3 of the car is there. My game won't even show an error now. it just won't load in at all.

I tried this solution and it didn’t work for me. I had 12 cars and 900k. It kept my rep level at 50 and story/map progression but my cars,money,character, and all ultimate and ultimate + parts are reset. I can’t even launch a solo or online session I get a infinite loading screen that won’t go away. And on the home screen my car isn’t even rendered in its missing parts everywhere. I’ve put countless hours into this game. I’m almost finished getting platinum for this game. My game is literally unplayable I can’t even play if I wanted to grind all my stuff back. Is there any temporary solution to what I’m experiencing??
Same thing happened to me i had 15 mill in 20 cars. I got a sync error. Got past It then had a car the was in pieces in my lobby. An got stuck on forever loading screen. I had to delete my saved game an restart all OVER!!!
