Re: NFS heat UE Redemption PROBLEM

Well,

I received an email from my retailer on behalf of EA saying that the finished product polestar figure of the 2018 Need for Speed Heat PS4 ultimate Edition was not up to standard and that I had to options 1- Send the item back for a refund or 2- that with a Activation code they gave me I would be able to fill in a form and register for the new polestar model... this form is called a UE Redemption I added a link in the comment above that should take you too it.

Every time fill the form out and try to send it I get the error message in the picture I attached above...

I want to be able to click submit and for the form to go through so that I can get the new model polestar that they’re building for the Ultimate Edition (if they’re building anything at all) at a later stage of this year.

I noticed on that forum you got the error on at the bottom it says the following in small print.

QUOTE: from the page, you filled out.

("If you encounter an error when submitting your details please check that you have entered information for all of the required fields and that your file upload is no larger than 3MB".)

Also, I noticed you stated the following: ("I received an email from my retailer on behalf of EA saying that the finished product polestar figure of the 2018 Need for Speed Heat PS4 ultimate Edition was not up to standard')

This tells me the car is either not available as of now or something on EA's end went horribly wrong and there is nothing at this time you can do.

You may have done everything right on the forum but if the car is "Not Up To Standard" then this looks to be an EA Ghost Studios Issue brewing to me.

Ghost is who devs the game and the code you got is something you got from your retailer who got the code from EA but it looks to be a miss for some reason.

Also, make sure you live in one of the following countries to qualify for this code to work.

The forum shows the flags of the nations this will work in, not to say that was the problem at all anyways.

Sometimes people forget those little details but I'm sure you didn't.

If I can be of more help let me know.

    Have a   good day.

  • All the information of myself is correct, I’ve even tried writing in different ways to see if it’s a how I’m filling things out and it never goes through... the file of the receipt is never more then 3mb it’s around 2mb in JPEG as requested.

So if the code is not correct then EA should pick up on this through there systems... they’ve tried filling in the document themselves on my behalf and they can’t even get it to go through after this they always say oh try it again within a week... well it’s been about 2 months of trying now and nothing works.

I live in the U.K. so yes the flag is represented.

please check the attachments for the email itself so more context is give. The only thing missing is the identifier code. Everything else is exactly what I got sent.

The clear solution and XP are here simple and to the point.

1.) You just now stated the following statement at the bottom of your post.

Quote: "(The only thing missing is the identifier code. Everything else is exactly what I got sent.")

2.) Without that code, you won't and can't get the code redeemed.

3.) Also, let's look at those 3 pictures of the current situation your having.

I took and edited them to highlight the key issues on EA's end at this time.

Picture one here shows that the car is simply not up to standards and it's simply not ready for redeeming yet.

So you can't even obtain the car yet.

    4.) Picture number two now.

EA clearly states the car could take up to six to eight months before it meets its standards to be released.

    5.) Picture number three.

If you noticed it says "The E-mail address this was sent from doesn't receive, it only sends.

Then they give you an address of Game.co.uk/contact to talk with them for further questions.

OK, the end result of this is as follows.

    1. EA is not satisfied with the Polestar car at the standards thus far.

    2. The car could take up to six to eight weeks before it's available.

    3. You clearly now stated you don't have the "Identifier Code".

You need that to submit your Claim forum to qualify to get your car.

    4. You need to contact that Retailer and get that identifier code or if it came with the game came with the Identifier code

you need to find it and bookmark it or file the paperwork in a folder.

    5. At this point that is the solution I can give you for all the evidence you have given me and I thank you for reaching out here.

    Have a good day.

Please contact me again if I can do more for you or help in any way.

  • Wow...

Okay, So I’m well aware that the items not ready... hence why I’m trying to redeem it before I becomes available as the cut of point to redeem the item is in February.

I never stated that I didn’t have the “Identifier Code” I just said that it wasn’t included in the pictures because I don’t want to share my personal code with public. I have the code but it’s the online part of the email I didn’t share.

And the  ***SOLUTION***  for this problem is that the form doesn’t accept JPEG formats properly, I’ve changed it to PNG and I’ve now resolved the issue and am on the waiting list for the new figure. Thank you for your time anyway.

SOLUTION - Change JPEG to PNG for the receipt confirmation section.
