@EA_AticFor now I deleted temp files and the problem solved. In terms of clean boot.... I created another user account and the game didn't have that problems. Turning off overlay programs (I have Nvidia Shadowplay and Origin overlay) didn't solve this problem. I won't mark any answers as solutions (even if they help) because I had the situation when deleting local files on Windows 10 because it worked temporarily.
