No it wasent Ghost Games that made Most Wanted 05, it was Black Box but they got shut down after The run Failed misreable. Criterion kinda made their own remake of Most wanted, but it was without story. And it was kinda Burnout paradise gameplay, so that is the closest you get.

Your 100% correct it was Black box who made the game.
LOL, They sure crashed and burned as a developer.
EA has had many studios but many fail.
