Re: NFS: No Limits - Lost Data

My iPhone NFSNL game save data also lost today. Consume much of time for this problem. EA & Fire monkeys need to focus on the data cloud-backup system cuz on FB & twitter players face to that also. UNFORTUNATE!

    Hi All,

    Please note that support for NFS: No Limits is done by Firemonkeys. Contact them, here.

    More information about current issues can be found in the links below:

    In the article Firemonkeys request you to contact them, if: your unsaved data was lost due to a game crash or update, or if a previously saved game is not appearing after reconnecting.

    Please note that if you've manually uninstalled then reinstalled your game and returned the tutorial stage, and had not previously had your game connected to Google Plus or Game Center. I'm afraid that your save data has been lost and cannot be restored.

    I hope this clears it up for everyone. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    you can not understand does not meet the support of our application! Stalknulsya the same problem! flew all progress, all of the above instructions just dust in the eyes! my ID 1951435

    Yes problem still here, still lvl 1. I have report this problem to Firemonkeys, and just 1 reply. Though I follow their “solution” to try to get the save data but failed. And no reply to my answer again. LOL

    Because Firemonkeys reported it is a known issue, there is nothing more we can do about it at the moment via these forums. If you have the issue, please contact them as they requested.

    Yeh. I was lvl 32, 4000gold nearly 2 fully upgraded cars including razers bmw. I have spent money on this and not played for 2 weeks because it will be the 3rd time ive had t restart. Firemonkey does not reply

    @scottboygt Don't expect Firemonkeys to reply back to you because they won't.

    Either start over in No Limits or remove No Limits and forget about it if you're fed up with its problems.

    You Game have much problem better to increase beta time and lanuch some time later that why i lose my all data and many one also.

    But because of hurry you can lauched game in all market without the beta title at least we all are well aware of the denger.

    The No Limit game have many alternative in my prespective ashlalt 8 is best on all alternative and for real touch real racing 3, if this kind of thing you done the active users of no limit must be decrease soon. I did not recover my data I did not start again also. As it feel irritating losing you game data without your fault. Also no support by firemonkey increase it.

    You need to know market decided by the customer.

    It's  a little suggestive cum Complaint for you.

    I have question for Need For Speed No Limits..... Can you help me get back my Special Event car? I lost my Lamborghini Huracan, Ford Fiesta ST (Ken Block )..... I level 100....VIP 3

    I have lost everything. From lvl 60 to lvl. 1. They should be ashamed, because they should be a really good game company. I have wrote them few times, but answer. Never got back.

    @predrag87 Do these:

    1. a) If you're not connected to Game Center or Google Play, then log in to your account to get your game data back. Then launch the game.

         b) If you're already connected to Game Center or Google Play, then log out of it and log in to your account to get your game data back. Then launch the game.

    2. If #1 doesn't work, then try to download your game data from the cloud in game.

    If everything above doesn't work, then you'll have to contact Technical Support for assistance.

    I also have the same problem my nfs I'd is 61594141 and first it used to open I level 1 and there was no cloud sync available then I don't know what happened that my DNA I'd replaced
