Good morning, I have the same problem, this happened to me after a game update,
I try uninstalling and reinstalling the game and nothing much know thank you for your help,

To everyone that lost their accounts,
Don't even bother wasting time getting help from Firemonkeys. They could care less about your lost accounts.
Either start No Limits from scratch again or uninstall No Limits and forget about it. The decision is up to you guys.
P.S. I haven't lost my Game Data. I still have mine.
Currently level 53 and waiting for Chapter 2 of Return of Razor special event at 9 pm EDT.
