Re: NFS Payback Deluxe Upgrade + SpeedCross: Waiting to install...

Actually I do have an issue, all 5 packs are stuck at "Waiting to install...".
The packs are PlatinumCar/HighRoller/Q60S/Mini/SpeedCross.
Stuck for over 12 hours.

Note:
-On PS4 store, it says UNAVAILABLE, so I can't re-download the Deluxe content, and in the additional info it says "You already own NFS Payback - Shipments", but the SpeedCross status is "Purchased".
-On my laptop, I managed to force re-download the 5 packages to my PS4 from my account transaction history, and yes they get stuck again.
-In the game itself (Store tab), it says Deluxe and SpeedCross coming soon

Hey I have the exact same problem. Have you fixed yours yet.

No I actually gave up and I believe my situation can be described as per the below:

Hypothesis:
I am in Region2, bought a Region3 disc, purchased the Deluxe Ed. (DLC) using my Region2 PSN account ==> region-lock, no luck.
I can fix it by 2 means:
1/ buy another disc (Region2 or AllRegions)
2/ buy it online using my Region2 account
Both would cost me 60$, and i get to re-download the DLC and HOPEFULLY it would work.

I haven't done any for being too busy for the PS4 and the having completed the Missions so kind of lost my interest.
