Hey, Im on PC. I have tried the steps EA gave me to try and fix the problem. 

Hey, I just tried NFS heat as well, and I found the same issue, the headlights are bugged. maybe its my device

To check have you tried the following for both Payback and Heat?

• Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Verify the game in via your Steam library
  
  
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Close other running applications on your device
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
• Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

I tried Heat as well and I have the same issue with this pc, but not with my other pc. most likely something wrong with this one. i tried your steps and they still didnt work. my other pc is a 2060RTX. this one i use in a different house is a intel iris xe intergrated GPU.
