Here are the troubleshooting steps that can fix this event :
- Resolution - Change the game resolution and/or the your monitor/desktop resolution to its original ratio.
- Windowed mode - Launch the on windowed mode (Alt+Enter)
- If you have multiple screens you might need to adjust the display settings.
- Try to run the Program Compatibility troubleshooter
- Updating drivers
