When you are in the options screen go to settings. Then choose keyboard configuration. There you can change the layout to what you want. I hope this helps you.

When you are in the garage go to the settings tab. It is the first tab on the right. There you will find the headings Gamepad, Keyboard Functions, Game Setting, PC settings, Audio Settings, Extras and Exit to windows. To exit the game just click on the heading Exit to Windows. If you want to configure the keys you would choose Keyboard configuration.
Press ALT and F4 keys simultaneously and the window will close.
Oh really, Garage? i've no end, page down, page up and NUM keys (arrows) on my laptop, so how you think i could go to setting?
even gamepad is not working, why would you use UP as A? DOWN for B? others are not working..
