how do i tilt it?
even low quality is far better then none
i also experience trouble with need for speed shift 2 .. my laptop keboard does not act under the game so i can not even start the game

First of all, EA strives for perfection, so they won't add a cockpit view with crappy graphics, why do you think their games are so good?
Tilt the camera by moving the Right Analog stick on a controller or by checking the controls in the options menu and using those (sorry, I don't use keyboard controls).
As for Shift 2, try using Alt+Tab to draw focus to the SHIFT 2 window, hope this helps out, 🙂
