Re: Possible to skip drift events?

You don't have to do drift story when it becomes available. In fact it's good idea to do it after you have finished main story because you will have acccess to more powerful parts at that point.

There's only few events you have to do for it and they all are very easy to do just by driving normally and drifting in corners. I don't know if difficulty changes the target score so you can maybe try to lower it and check.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to “complete” the game without doing the drift events.

I can get over the cartoonish arcade handling aspect of the game when it comes to racing, but the drift mechanics are so counter intuitive I’d rather just avoid them entirely.

    Thanks.

You can change the difficulty to easy to lower your drift target scores drastically for easy completion.

And then change the difficulty back to the way it was before once you're done all drift trials.

Changing difficulty does lower / raise the drift target scores in drift trials. It's mentioned in the description in game.
