Re: PS3 Freezing During Loading

Need for Speed Rivals PS3 Freezing

Some Need for Speed Rivals players on the PlayStation 3 are experiencing freezing issue when trying to load their game, preventing them from progressing.

If your game freezes when trying to load, safely disconnecting your network cable will allow you to progress through without your game freezing.

We're hard at work to provide a more permanent solution to this issue and will provide updates as soon as possible.

I use wifi to connect to the internet instead of using a network cable will this solution work if I try it?

I use wifi also, what I did was signed out before starting the game. Then loaded up the game, before taking you in it's going to ask you to sign in, click no. Game goes thru just fine. It does suck though because your not experiencing the game the way it should be. EA needs to update this asap. We should be compensated for this.

Is there a patch being worked on? I have not been able to play this game for more than 3 mins since Christmas Day.
