Maybe the battery or buttons on your first controller are faulty. This is more likely if the first controller is much more used than your second controller.

- Anonymous9 years agoNot applicableHello, I was having same problem.....I went to settings > accessibility > customize button assignments > then switch r1 to r2...turbo/boost is now back...hopefully this helps

Didn't work for me. Turbo's are not working and then sometimes working. Video: [Incorrect/invalid link removed - Admin.]
Turbo will work however always while in reverse or while hitting nitrous.
