All fixed! Dunno what it was, maybe PS4 update 3.15 didn't install properly. Turned out EVERY game did this.I backed up my saves and reinitialized the console. Reinstalled everything and then rebuilt the database, played for 8 hours no issues. Got off it to see if it would work. Perfectly fine.
1.Back up everythung - USB etc. 2. Safemode - reinitialize system - option 6. 3. Install your backed up files. 4. Rebuild database. Done!
