I get the same issue. No overwatch functionality at all. It was fine all December and start of Jan. and now nothing. Just a map with no interface functionality.
I am rank 50 in overwatch and was progressing through the Overwatch Challenges in-game. Now the new challenges aren't even showing up in the Autoplaylist. This may be a separate issue, however. Anyone else having issues with the Challenges showing up?
Yeah, there was this one guy from the NFS Rivals FB page that used Xbox360 that had the same issues, I'll talk to him and see if he sorted it out and if so, what he did.

I'm having the same issue... the saaaame
I can use overwatch on another players or me, to fix/nitro/ etc .... or add challenges on it
in december was fuuly working
