@dorian05061973 If logging in Game Center or Google Plus failed, then there's no way to get your game data back and your game data is lost forever.

You'll have to start over in No Limits or you can uninstall No Limits and forget about it if you're completely fed up. It's your decision.

I ran into the same issue on October 28th while doing the RAZOR Event, and although I immediately opened a support case at Firemonkey's support website, I didn't get an answer apart from the auto-reply as of yet, consequently missing out on the RAZOR BMW.

However, while waiting I experimented a bit with a secondary Google Play account, and I'm quite sure that I found the cause of the problem as well as a method to prevent the loss of the savegame: The problem is triggered quite often after a tournament race has ended, immediately before returning to the tournament menu. When this happens, the game displays the Terms of Service for the game again, and if you accept them, the game's progress resets back to the tutorial, consequently overwriting the local savegame with a new game, which is what happened to us all.

If you however force-close the app before accepting the Terms of Service, the next time you start the game it will re-load the local savegame  which contains the progress up to the last tournament race.

This behaviour was 100% reproduceable for me, i. e. whenever I accepted the TOS, the game's progress was reset to the tutorial, and whenever I force-closed and reloaded the app instead, the progress was kept. I therefore assume that sometimes the savegame upload to the cloud fails, and when this happens the game immediately (and erroneously) resets its progress and overwrites the local savegame.

If I'm correct, the solution for the Firemonkey Devs would be quite easy: If the cloud based savegame is found to be faulty for whatever reason, check for a valid local savegame before reseting the game's progress.

Although my findings unfortunately won't help any player who already lost their progress (like myself), it should at least prevent it from happening again for anyone reading this, and may be useful for the Devs to patch the issue in the next game update as well.

@J4NED03 I doubt you will get an answer from Firemonkeys about your game data loss. They won't care.

My sympathies to you of missing out the BMW M4 F82 (Razor).

I don't have a Google Play account, but I do have a Game Center account as I have an iPod Touch.

I'm sure your tips will be helpful to other players that have Google Play accounts.

I wouldn't count on them fixing any issue because EA and Firemonkeys want the stuff inside your wallets.
