If it would be that easy to max out those type of cars, then no one would spend time on upgrading the rest of their garage while waiting for the weekly race to become available and earn those scanner part. Would like a game where you can access everything in few days and then what? Getting bore waiting on potantial update? Game like this one doesn't get update every months so it is normal that it is made for player to diverse their activity on upgrading many cars and yeah sometime you encounter a "stall" period awaiting that race to become available in order to progress. I'm now into that kind of period but I easly found my way to add PR on other cars while waiting the right time for my initial goal.
