Can unused 'NFS Payback' speed cards that have been sent to garage be sold or traded later? If not what then do you do with them? Thx.

Yes, if you send them to the garage you can sell or trade them at a later time!
- No you cannot move or mount speed cards from one car onto another car but maybe they will add it in future updates.
December 2018 and you still can't use spare cards on other cars
I know the feeling of still being unable to use the used speed cards in the same category. Welcome to the world of EA. Where if it makes sense it's wrong and when we complain they charge us for them to fix there mistake. I think you should delete the game or burn it and send it to the developers and testers for releasing this game. Smart one.
