It should be free to everybody. If its not then EA are being themselves again and they really need to just stop. I didn't buy the deluxe because you end up getting free cars and.. that would have made the game easy considering they was cars i knew id buy. Now i have to pay out the a*s for content that should be free. If you say its entitlement then back up. This content was in 2015 which some people paid full price for. Bringing it to this isn't exactly hard.

Still, its good content and the cars from the game that were missing at launch (EA constraints at their finest) are being given for free.

    cars not in the game at launch could have been delayed by licensing so EA might not be to blame in that respect. That said, nobody knows for sure except EA themselves, and they're remaining pretty much silent on the subject. I do agree though, it should be free to everyone. The Deluxe Edition does include an extra upcoming mission though, so we'll just have to wait until Tuesday to find out one way or another I imagine.
