@theblackhedgehogI can see the store page listing a 35 GB requirement, this does seem to be quite the overstatement since the game, as you mention, comes to a little over 19GB. 

A buffer is usually put in place to allow for extra content down the line, but this seems like quite the large one. Perhaps it's to do with needing a file size buffer during the install process?

In any case your current file size looks right.
