Chapter 1 completed = 10 blueprints awarded
Chapter 2 completed = 15 blueprints awarded
Chapter 3 completed = 15 blueprints awarded
Chapter 4 completed = 15 blueprints awarded
Total of 55. 55-40 = 6 stars.

Now you're changing your story.
You didn't mention in your earlier posts that you had completed Chapters 3 and 4. All you said was your Nissan Skyline BNR34 GT-R had 3-stars which gave the impression that you only completed Chapter 1 and Chapter 2. Next time, put in more details about your issue to avoid any misinterpretation.
The Speedhunter special event has been extended to July 1, 2016 at 8 pm EDT (5 pm EDT or 0:00 UTC). Go find out if you can still take part of the special event to get the remaining blueprints.

DICE TeamI don't have visibility on their queue times but I've seen previous reports on this forum that it could take up to two weeks to receive a reply. I know that is an unfortunate situation but at the moment there isn't more we can do via the forum.
