@rrtom09: the DLC cars have nothing to do with the SpeedLevel. They are unlocked based on how many events you have completed online in an exotic car. To unlock the Hennessey you need to complete at least 24 events in an exotic car.

We would like users that were or are experiencing this issue to try the following.
- Launch and login to Origin Client
- Click on the Origin Dropdown menu and select the Application Settings option
- With the General Tab active, scroll down and make sure the “Update to the beta version if available” option is activated with a check in the check box
- With the “Update to the beta version” option activated, exit out of the Origin Client entirely
- Relaunch and login to the Origin Client
- Follow the instructions to install and launch the beta update for version the Beta Opt-In version 9.1.10
- Try to reproduce the issue
- Send an email with the subject line "[NFS Issue] Ultimate Speed Pack not showing up" to OriginLogs@ea.com with the results of the test

It's working, so far, for me. 2 restarts, and still working, (which it's never done). Still not connecting, though. I have to try 3 times before it'll finally connect. At least I get to drive the cars I paid for, so that's a plus. Kinda looks like this issue is resolved, (Keeping my fingers crossed)...Any timeframe on a patch to cure the rest of the issues?
I guess I spoke too soon: on my 3rd restart, the problem's back, no speed pack...Next...

If you edit the "installerdata.xml" file, and change the line with the version number of 1.5.1.0 to 1.4.1.0, save and go to NFS Most Wanted Icon within Origin (logged in and online) right click and run "check for updates", after the update runs, the DLC Bundles work again. This has worked for us and hopefully to everyone !
