You should be able to play NFS: Heat as it is compatible with the G923 on PC/XB1/PS4. More info Here.

I recommend that you try to reinstall the Logitech Hub to see if that's causing any issues with NFS: Heat and G923.

Something to note we currently don't have any plans for updating Need For Speed: Heat.
