Hey @andrew221091 Try power cycling the console.

1. Turn off and unplug the PS4
2. Wait at least 30 seconds.
3. Plug in the Ps4 and/or turn it back on.
4. It should be working now! 🙂

If that don't work, try reinstalling the game.
